The Marina Izola has more than 700 berths that can accommodate boats up to 30 metres in length (depth: 4m). The berths of the Marina Izola are installed on wide concrete and timber-planked piers. All berths have water and electricity (220/380 V) supply. Izola Marina is an open port but only berth holders are admitted to the piers by means of electronic keys, thus ensuring peace and a relatively high degree of privacy. The Izola Marina tourist port is well protected from all winds and other troublesome weather phenomena by two large breakwaters. 24-hour landing assistance is guaranteed.Marina guests enjoy access to wireless internet services. The Marina Izola is used as base for water sports events such as Austria Cup. In summertime, Izola Marina hosts numerous sailing regattas. The Diplomatic Regatta, featuring more than 100 sailing boats and 1.200 sailors, is one of the most renowned ones.
