The Marina Port de Toulon is situated in Toulon at the Cote d'Azur in France, at the southernmost tip of the French Coast. There are regular high-speed train services to Paris in 4 hours. The town of Toulon nestles between mountain and sea in one of Europe’s largest and best sheltered bay, accessible in all weather conditions. There is a high level of security: the bay access is strictly regulated thanks to the presence of the French Navy submarine and aircraft carrier base located across from the Cruise Port, meaning cruise ships entering the bay benefit from top-level security and safety. Furthermore, there are plenty of parking facilities for short and long term, abundant water supply, a Provencal mini-market, a tourist information desk with multi-lingual hostesses, a snack bar, an internet terminal, a taxi rank and toilets. It is operated 24 hours a day. A pedestrian walkway leads passengers and crews straight from the ship to the city-center, so they can easily reach the promenade with its many restaurants and brasseries, old Provencal markets, boutiques, shopping malls and beaches.
